ゴールデンウィ－ク中に母親のススメで、横浜で開催されている「上村松園」を鑑賞した。参考までに、上村松園(ウエムラ・ショウエン)は明治から昭和の時代にかけて日本の美人画を描いた女性画家。優美で格調高い数々の美人画はすばらしかった。何よりも、女性の視点から描かれる「美」に対し、新鮮さを感じた。そしてこの時代に美人画を描いていたもう一人の男性画家「鏑木清方」(カブラギ・キヨカタ)の作品と比較すると、これまた違ったアプローチで両画家が拘る「着眼点」の相違は興味深かった。
さて話は変わり、バンドにおいて練習拠点を渋谷から明大前に移し、少しメンバーは「明大前」という町に詳しくなりました（笑）町に詳しくなっただけでなく、曲創りにおいても、明大前ストリーツの"VIBES"に応答したせいか、「新・新曲」が完成しつつある。
「アイデアは集まり、あとは形にするだけ!!」と言いたいが、形にするまでには大きな山を乗り越えなくてはならないようだ...
さて、新・新曲のリリックをボムすべく、精神がエクスパンドする感覚を得る為に、この「仕事」を楽しみたい思う。
During May in Japan, we have about a week of holidays(5/1-5/7) and most of the people spend times with their families traveling and relaxing.
I myself also had a great time viewing a famous traditional Nihon-Ga style women artist "Uemura Shōen" at Yokohama Takashimaya Gallary museum.
Her paitings are of course elegant and magnificent, but the most interesting point about her paiting is the observation of a women percieving an another women capturing the emotions and the beauty in her own views. You can really see the difference by comparing the paintings of Kiyotaka Kaburagi, a well-known Japanese male artist.
Regarding on the recent SEGWEI activity, we have changed our band practice studio from Shibuya to Meidaimae(Meidaimae is about 5 minitues ride from Shibuya by Keio-Inogashira Line). So we are getting used to this new city "Meidaimae".
Not only we are getting used to this city, but we are also inspiring this "Changes of enviornment" into our creativity in making new song.
We're almost finalizing the idea of this song, but to make this idea into a actual song, this new phase will take time...
Anyways, I'm gonna work myself hard to flow this song.
Tell you one thing, to me, music ain't hobby, it's work.
